You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.
A calmer place to start your mental health journey
Welcome — I'm glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like the hardest part, and you've already found your way to this page. That counts.

About Shaun
A collaborative, judgment-free space to do the work
At the center of any therapy, I believe it is a collaboration between therapist and client — so you will be comfortable and aware throughout your journey, without ever feeling like strings are being pulled in the background.
I provide psychoeducation to clients and together we strategize realistic goals to meet each individual's needs. I have worked with individuals and groups using various treatment approaches, and I feel a synthesis of approaches helps a broader range of concerns.
I am enthusiastic to continue working with people navigating life. I look forward to starting your mental health wellness journey — or continuing it — with you.
